I have uninstalled and re-installed AOL 9.7.... can not get to the sign on screen. After clicking on the AOL icon a window opens saying AOL is opening but nothing happens. Or it may tell me AOL is requesting to download files without which I will be unable to connect to AOL. I respond OK. The files never download and I am asked to restart my computer.
